This value packed plan also provides:

  • $50 Wellness benefit payment. 21 screenings are covered, including mammograms, colonoscopies, stress tests, plus more!
  • Residence & Vehicle modification of $500.
  • Speech Therapy follow-up visits included at $30 per treatment, up to 6× per accident.

Even minor accidents can put you out of work! Be prepared with an Accident Insurance plan!

  • Plans are Guaranteed Issue; no medical questions to enroll.
  • Benefits are paid directly to you and can be used for whatever you want.

Most people can’t afford to be disabled, even for a short time. Almost 90 percent of disabling accidents and illnesses are not work related, so you can’t count on Workers Compensation to be there for you and your loved ones.

Disability Income Plus is designed to help provide you with a monthly income benefit for the time period you select (3 or 6 months) as you recover. This plan supplements lost wages due to a covered injury or illness, on OR off the job!

Safety sign

Did you know that Workers Comp only covers you for ON the job injuries?

Supplemental Benefits cover you for on or off the job injuries and illnesses!

Most injuries happen OFF the job…so be prepared!
