Prescription Drug Program

  • A Pharmacy Network (provided by RxValet / aka BestChoiceRx) of over 70,000 locations including the following: CVS, Walmart, Costco, Walgreen’s, Target, Safeway, Kroger, Rite Aid, Wegman’s, Publix, Meijer, duane reade, Giant Eagle, ACME, Shop Rite, Sam’s Club and Albertson’s (subject to change without notice.)
  • RxValet for Pets are also available at 60,000 locations including the following: Walmart, Kroger, Albertson’s, Safeway and Sam’s Club (subject to change w/o notice.)
  • Live customer service Mon thru Thurs 8AM – 8PM EST and Fri 8AM – 7PM and monitored on the weekend. Customer service can assist members with orders or troubleshoot with the pharmacy.
  • Acute & Chronic formulary medications: 1,100+ at $0 cost and 2,500+ other medications at $14.95 or less (for a 90-day supply).
  • First 30-day supply at retail then up to 90-day supply with Mail Order or they can start with Mail Order. All Acute meds are always retail. There are a few Rx’s that are mail order only. Discounted pricing for all non-formulary medications; generic or brand.
  • Prescription Assistance is available on over 1,000 brand medications. Typically, these are income-based qualifications. Our team is highly successful with getting these done if they qualify financially.
  • International Sourcing on brand medications and insulins. Pharmacies in Canada, Israel, UK, New Zealand or Australia to fill the Rx and ship directly to member’s home.

PrimaryCare ($0): Comprehensive support for chronic conditions, behavioral health concerns, and gender-specific needs. Providers deliver personalized, ongoing care designed around each member’s health journey.
Urgent Care ($0): On-demand providers available 24/7/365 to address common non-emergent medical concerns. Members receive fast, reliable care — without the cost or wait times of an ERvisit.
Behavioral Health ($0): Nationwide access to licensed Therapists, Psychologists, and Psychiatrists. Members receive confidential, high-quality mental health support whenever and wherever they need it.
Dermatology ($0): Board-certified dermatologists review photos, diagnose conditions, and provide personalized treatment plans — for fast, expert care without in-office delays.
Musculoskeletal ($0): Specialized support for joint, muscle, and bone issues, guided by physical medicine and rehabilitation experts. Members receive actionable plans to improve movement and reduce pain.
Labs (Discounted): Access to a national lab network for convenient testing, early risk detection, and ongoing health monitoring — supported by comprehensive lab analysis.
